Chris trained as an actor at the Central School of Speech and Drama. His directorial debut was Hotspur’s 2015 Dead of Night at The Mill at Sonning but his first job for Hotspur was as an actor in 2014’s The Petworth Plays.
As a Shakespearean actor for Propeller Theatre Company he appeared on national and international tours and in the West End in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Comedy of Errors, Twelfth Night, The Taming of the Shrew, The Winter’s Tale, Henry V, The Merchant of Venice, and Rose Rage.
He has also played Einstein, Goebbels, Brecht and Shakespeare on stage.
For TV he was in Partners in Crime and Sex and the Neanderthals and he stars in the film Love in Singapore. Chris is a local councillor in Hackney, London.
